The Boston Red Sox recognized this Veterans Day by spending time with the people who need the company the most.

Former Red Sox first baseman/designated hitter Sam Horn, mascot Wally the Green Monster and members of the club’s front office visited veterans hospitals and homeless shelters in Massachusetts on Tuesday. They met veterans at the West Roxbury VA Hospital, the Brockton VA Hospital, and the Pine Street Inn in Boston.
