Bobby Wagner Intercepts Tom Brady Pass, Leading To Seahawks TD (Video)

The Seattle Seahawks started the second half of Super Bowl XLIX in near-perfect fashion.

After the Seahawks kicked a field goal on their first possession, linebacker Bobby Wagner ended the New England Patriots’ initial third-quarter drive Sunday night by intercepting a Tom Brady pass. Wagner stepped in front of Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski to make the Seahawks’ second interception of Brady in the game.

It took the Seahawks six plays to score their third touchdown of the game on the ensuing drive. Seattle quarterback Russell Wilson completed a 3-yard pass to wide receiver Doug Baldwin to give his team a 24-14 lead.

Baldwin appeared to beat Patriots cornerback Darrelle Revis on the play. However, a closer look shows an official blocked Revis enough to free Baldwin.
