The Apple Watch also might be your new personal trainer.

Apple unveiled its highly anticipated smart watch at an event in San Francisco on Monday, and it isn’t lacking in the health and fitness departments. In addition to being able to make calls, read emails, order Ubers and check into hotels, the Apple Watch also provides owners with a multitude of ways to get active.

The watch, which will be released in April, comes with a built-in heart-rate monitor that will track a user’s activity throughout the day. It also encourages users to stand up if they’ve been sitting too long, helps people set workout goals and in addition, sends progress reports while suggesting new goals based on the previous week.

“We make products that enhance people’s lives, and the Apple Watch carries that to a new level,” Apple CEO Tim Cook said, per the Guardian. “(It) tracks your daily movement, and it even reminds you if you’ve been sitting too long.

“It’s like having a coach on your wrist.”

Good luck finding an excuse not to work out while wearing one of these bad boys.

The Apple Watch, available to pre-order beginning April 10, starts at $349 for the smaller model, while a solid gold version will go for $10,000.
