When Gregg Popovich isn’t happy, you know it.

The San Antonio Spurs coach gave his own players the sideline reporter treatment Tuesday after a 104-100 overtime loss to the New York Knicks. The Spurs had multiple chances to win or extend the game — including a wide-open jump shot by Kawhi Leonard at the end of regulation and a missed free throw by Tim Duncan in the extra session — but Popovich wasn’t looking on the bright side after the game.

The Spurs have lost two of their last three games after winning six in a row. At 41-25, they would hold the No. 7 seed in the Western Conference if the playoffs started today.
