While Major League Baseball thaws out and NHL and NBA teams prepare for the playoffs, the Masters kicks off as the most anticipated golf event of the year.
The tournament itself — which began Thursday at Augusta National — is the main event, but other stories also dominate the headlines. Sometimes Tiger Woods lets his kids putt; sometimes the legendary Jack Nicklaus calls a hole-in-one and hits it.
And sometimes players let their wives and girlfriends caddy for them, or at least tag along.
You wouldn’t miss the golfers, now make sure you don’t miss their significant, either.
