Former Devils Star Martin Brodeur Selling New Jersey Townhouse (Photos)

Martin Brodeur’s place in NHL history lies in New Jersey, but he’ll only be there in spirit for now.

The former Devils goaltender is selling his West Orange, N.J., townhouse as he starts the next chapter of his career as an assistant general manager for the St. Louis Blues. Brodeur retired in January after spending part of the 2014-15 season with the Blues.

Brodeur’s townhouse, which is on the market for $949,000, isn’t your typical athlete mansion, but it’s not exactly a shack, either. Despite being attached to the neighbors’ home, the three bedroom, 4.5 bathroom house has plenty of privacy. There’s also ample room to entertain guests, as it measures 3,300 square feet and features a deck and nearly a half-acre of land.
