Jim Rome has quite the deal for you.
The sports-talk radio host has reduced the price of his oceanfront home in Laguna Beach, Calif., to the low, low cost of $5.499 million, according to Realtor.com. Rome, who has had the 2,500-square-foot home on the market for almost a year, originally listed the sweet pad at $5.995 million back in June 2014.
The three-bedroom, 4.5-bath house is located on a cliffside cul-de-sac that sits just above Thousand Steps Beach. It also offers gorgeous views of the Pacific Coast and Catalina Island, which can be seen from the three separate balconies that extend off the upper levels.
