Julian Edelman’s Training Montage Video Features Jimmy Garoppolo Cameo

Whether it was intentional or not, Julian Edelman and Jimmy Garoppolo already began working on their chemistry in case Tom Brady’s four-game suspension holds.

Edelman posted a training montage video Thursday, and Garoppolo made a surprise cameo near the end. It looks like Garoppolo made the trip to Los Angeles this offseason to continue work with his New England Patriots teammates.

The clips likely date prior to when Brady’s suspension was announced.

Edelman moved out to L.A. early in his Patriots career to be closer to Brady during the offseason so they could work out together and build chemistry. Perhaps Garoppolo is making similar strides to improve over the offseason when the Patriots aren’t allowed to train with coaches at Gillette Stadium before the offseason workout period begins.

Garoppolo would fill in for Brady if the Patriots starting quarterback’s suspension holds for the beginning of the 2015 NFL season.
