NBA Christmas Day Jerseys Leak, Actually Are Awesome (Photos)

Christmas Day is a special one in the NBA, but for the last couple of years, the alternate jerseys for the holiday games have been pretty awful.

In 2013, the league debuted sleeved jerseys, which were widely hated and thankfully only lasted the one season. This year’s duds were met with mixed opinions, as the back featured first names positioned under the numbers but were otherwise rather simple.

But next season’s Christmas Day jerseys were leaked to Uni Watch by an industry source Wednesday, and they should be a hit with most.

What do you think?  Leave a comment.

The NBA hasn’t released its 2015-16 schedule yet, so there are designs for all 30 teams. The script, which Uni Watch’s Paul Lukas says is supposed to resemble the text on a Christmas card, is a recurring theme, as is the use of cream, which is meant to look like parchment.

All in all, though, they look Christmassy without being gimmicky and hopefully have the potential to stick around.
