Tom Brady, his team of lawyers and the NFL players association are wasting no time in filing an appeal for his four-game suspension.

The NFLPA has drafted Brady’s appeal, and it’s likely to be filed Thursday, NFL Media’s Albert Breer reported Wednesday. Breer reports the NFLPA’s appeal letter is “narrowing things to the simple question of whether Tom Brady cheated or not.”

Brady was suspended four games for his role in the DeflateGate scandal. The New England Patriots were fined $1 million and docked a first-round draft pick in 2016 and a fourth-rounder in 2017.

Brady reportedly hired high-powered lawyer Jeffrey Kessler to assist in the appeal process. A source predicted to ESPN’s Adam Schefter that Brady’s suspension will be lifted.
