Report: LeBron James Sells Waterfront Miami Mansion For $13.4M (Photos)

LeBron James officially has put South Beach in his rearview mirror.

The NBA superstar, who famously rejoined the Cleveland Cavaliers last summer, has sold his waterfront home in Miami for $13.4 million, according to TheRealDeal.com.

James spent four seasons with the Miami Heat from 2010 to 2014, leading the team to four consecutive NBA Finals appearances and winning two championships. Yet the four-time NBA MVP announced he’d be coming back to Cleveland in July 2014 and put his Miami mansion on the market in October.

Located in Miami’s high-end Coconut Grove neighborhood, the 12,178-square-foot property originally was listed at $17 million, but James reportedly reduced the asking price to $15 million in March.

Florida real estate investors Timo and Nathalia Kipp are the new owners of the lavish home, which comes complete with an infinity pool, wine cellar and enough dock space to house two 60-foot yachts.

No word on if purchasing the home makes the Kipps the greatest homeowners of all time, though.
