A new “gate” is passing through the NFL, and it’s a big stinker.
San Francisco 49ers head coach Jim Tomsula was holding a press conference Wednesday ahead of his team’s Week 4 matchup with the Green Bay Packers when this happened:

Was that a bit of flatulence we just heard?
Apparently someone dared to pass gas during the press conference, but sources (yes, you read that right: sources) are saying it wasn’t Tomsula.
Sources: Jim Tomsula did not pass loud gas during his presser Wednesday. The sound came from a reporter sitting in leather seat near mic.

Regardless, it appears we now have “Fartgate” to enjoy on this lovely Friday. Hopefully it didn’t smell as bad as the 49ers have been playing this season.
