Bill Simmons is doing pretty well for himself since leaving ESPN.
The former Grantland head inked a deal with HBO, where he will have a weekly TV show starting in 2016, and he debuted “The Bill Simmons Podcast.”
The prominent TV sports personality also has cashed in on his recent career changes by buying a $7.5 million estate in Malibu, according to Variety. The house is on Malibu’s famed Carbon Beach, a.k.a “Billionaires’ Beach,” and has 1,500 square feet. It has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and one heck of an ocean view.
This will be Simmons’ second home, in addition to the $3.1 million house he bought in 2007 in Los Angeles’ Hancock Park.
