While Rob Gronkowski certainly would rather be playing in Super Bowl 50 this Sunday, the New England Patriots tight end appears to be making the most of his offseason so far.
Just in the past few days, Gronk has completed a hot wing challenge and discussed what it was like being a male stripper. And on Wednesday, Gronkowski relived the 2015 Patriots season on NFL Network’s “NFL Total Access.”
“Man, it was definitely a successful year,” Gronkowski said on NFL Network, via WEEI.com. “We went to the AFC championship, but we had so many guys throughout the season go down with injury. Other players just stepping up, filling in the void right there. You just have to be proud of the team. Definitely a successful year. Any time you make it to the playoffs, go that far, just a few plays away from going to the Super Bowl, again, definitely a successful season and something to be proud of.”
In typical Gronkowski fashion, though, the tight end had some fun on the set, too. Gronk played flick football with former Patriot Willie McGinest, and he also answered some revealing true or false questions.
And it all ended with one epic Gronkowski chest bump.
