The 2016 NFL Draft order was officially announced Tuesday, highlighting exactly where (and where not) the New England Patriots will pick next month.
The Patriots have 11 total selections in this year’s draft, which begins April 28 and runs through April 30.
The Patriots forfeited their first-round pick as part of the team’s Deflategate discipline. They also traded away their fourth- and fifth-round draft picks for tight end Martellus Bennett and wide receiver Keshawn Martin, respectively. They traded their sixth-round pick to the Chicago Bears for linebacker Jon Bostic but reacquired it in the deal for Bennett.
The Patriots picked up a sixth-round pick in the trade for Martin and grabbed a seventh-round pick for trading quarterback Ryan Mallett to the Houston Texans. They also acquired four compensatory selections.
