The transition typically doesn’t happen overnight, though a few teams across Major League Baseball certainly tried to speed up the process this winter.

From record-breaking contracts to blockbuster trades, the last several months have been anything but boring for baseball fans. So, with spring training fading into the sunset and Opening Day approaching, we decided to take a closer look at which teams are being overlooked going into the 2016 season.
