Laremy Tunsil’s Stepdad Denies Involvement In Shocking Draft Night Social Media Posts

Laremy Tunsil is now a household name, but for all the wrong reasons.

The Ole Miss offensive lineman, who was considered a potential top-five pick in the 2016 NFL Draft before Thursday night, fell all the way to the Miami Dolphins at No. 13 after a video emerged of him smoking from a bong. And to make matters worse, someone posted screen shots of text messages between Tunsil and Ole Miss assistant athletic director for football operations John Miller that appear to show potential NCAA rule violations.

Tunsil and his agent, Jimmy Sexton, both said the offensive lineman’s Twitter account was hacked, and people immediately assumed that Tunsil’s stepfather, Lindsey Miller, was behind it. Miller sued Tunsil just days before the draft, alleging his stepson attacked him and defamed his character during an incident last summer. But Miller said he had nothing to do with the social media posts heard around the world.

“I don’t know nothing about no video. I’m not even watching the draft,” Miller told TMZ Sports. “… I was a Red Cross volunteer of the year. I would never do anything like this.”

So the mystery continues.
