There’s nothing quite like greatness acknowledging greatness.
Kobe Bryant’s retirement has struck a chord with seemingly everyone, including golf legend Tiger Woods, who took to Twitter on Tuesday to show his appreciation for the Los Angeles Lakers star.
As a diehard @Lakers fan, thank you @kobebryant for all the memories and of course the 5 titles! pic.twitter.com/XsNb8Giy7Q

Bryant plans to hang it up after Wednesday night’s game against the Utah Jazz. He’ll walk away with 18 NBA All-Star selections, two scoring titles, an MVP award and — as Woods highlighted — five championship rings.
Much love, Mamba. Hats off to a memorable career.
