Bryce Harper is a polarizing figure for many, and his actions Monday night certainly didn’t help matters. But even his detractors can’t say anything negative about what he apparently did Sunday night.
Following the Washington Nationals’ 4-3 loss to the Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field, the reigning National League MVP saw a homeless woman across the street from the team bus, according to a Facebook post by a Cubs security woman named Asheley Marie, whose friend Craig, @_craigtweets, posted a screenshot of her message on Twitter. About 10 minutes after Harper boarded the bus, he emerged with a glass jar of money and gave it to the woman, who was sitting with her dog under a tree across the street.

In addition to make baseball fun again, Harper is looking out for those in need, too.
