NBA Free Agency Rumors: Knicks, Rockets Among Suitors For Eric Gordon

Eric Gordon is among the second tier of NBA free agents expected to sign rich contracts in July, and the shooting guard reportedly is drawing interest from several teams, including the New York Knicks and Houston Rockets.

Gordon is a good scorer and can shoot well from the outside, but the concern with him is injuries. He seemingly always has some kind of injury, and he hasn’t ever played a full 82-game season.

Gordon missed 37 games during the 2015-16 campaign, in addition to averaging 15.2 points and 2.7 assists per contest.

Gordon might be a decent gamble on a short-term deal but not for the Knicks, who just acquired injury-prone point guard Derrick Rose from the Chicago Bulls.
