BOSTON — David Ortiz might never stop producing.
The Red Sox slugger hit home run No. 31 off Kansas City Royals starter Yordano Ventura on Sunday with a solo shot to the center field triangle at Fenway Park. It was Ortiz’s 534th career homer, tying former Red Sox Jimmie Foxx for 18th on the all-time list.
Ortiz’s bomb also got out of the yard in one of the most unique ways you’ll ever see.
Congratulations to Big Papi for inventing a new home run that I've never seen in Fenway before https://t.co/UR3CjpcC3Q
