Rio Olympic Games 2016: Add Hotel Flooding To Growing List Of Problems

It’s hard to recall a host country who’s had a worse Olympics experience than Brazil.

The Games, so far, have been marred by talk of Zika, poop water, security threats, lodging issues, more poop water and even lost keys. Making matters worse, the heavily favored Brazilian soccer team settled for a measly tie against South Africa on Thursday.

And oh, yeah: The opening ceremonies aren’t until Friday night.

So far, it’s been a total cluster-you-know-what in Rio de Janeiro. Things aren’t getting any better, if the latest issues within the athletes’ village are any indication.

It’s now raining inside, as witnessed in this video posted by Czech Republic cyclist Zdenek Stybar posted from Rio on Thursday night.

It’s hard to imagine, but there are still two more weeks of this. Should be fun.
