Katie Ledecky had a plan for some comedic relief before she threw out the first pitch at Nationals Park on Wednesday, but she needed to find a partner first.
Luckily, Bryce Harper offered to help.
Ledecky came out to the mound with all five of her medals from the Rio Olympic Games, but she needed to find a place for them before she threw out the first pitch. That place turned out to be around Harper’s arms, as the USA swimmer handed all five of her medals to the Nationals right fielder in a pretty hilarious moment.

Harper then held on to the medals while Ledecky delivered a perfect strike.

That had to have been a pretty special moment for Ledecky, who is from Washington, D.C. Unfortunately for Nats fans, though, the Baltimore Orioles beat them 10-8.
