Boston College, Syracuse Come To Blows After Late Hit In Orange’s Win

The Boston College Eagles still haven’t won an Atlantic Coast Conference football game in almost two years, but they did put up a fight against Syracuse on Saturday.

Well, yes, that expression works for how the game went, as BC fell 28-20 at Alumni Stadium. But we’re talking more about the literal form of fight.

Syracuse quarterback Eric Dungey, who completed 32 of 38 passes for 434 yards with three touchdowns, made a boo boo in the first quarter when he threw an interception to William Harris, and he made it even worse when he tossed Harris out of bounds and shoved Matt Milano.

Poor, BC.
