The Boston Red Sox and Cleveland Indians appear to have brought their A-games to the postseason. But it looks like TBS still is working out the kinks.
The network broadcasted what was an exciting start to Thursday night’s American League Division Series Game 1 at Progressive Field that saw home runs galore in the early innings.
In the fourth inning, though, TBS rolled out an interesting graphic about Indians rookie center fielder Tyler Naquin that left everyone a little confused.

No wonder why Cleveland has had a tough time winning in the postseason.
That’s not what TBS meant, of course, as Naquin is the first rookie outfielder to start an Indians playoff game since Larry Doby in 1948. But Twitter can be an unforgiving place, and the tweets came flooding in after the network’s mix-up.

The Indians have apparently been playing playoff baseball for nearly 70 years without an outfield

The good news for TBS is that this is Game 1, so it has a few more games to shake the cobwebs out.
