Tom Brady Missed Patriots Practice With Knee Injury, Reportedly ‘Should Be Fine’

FOXBORO, Mass. — New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady didn’t participate in practice Wednesday because of a knee injury.

It was the first practice Brady missed since he returned from his four-game Deflategate suspension to begin the 2016 season. Brady wasn’t listed on the injury report last week after taking a hit to the quad from Seattle Seahawks safety Kam Chancellor in Week 10.

Brady didn’t take any obvious shots to the knee in Week 11, and he finished the Patriots’ win over the San Francisco 49ers.

Brady “should be fine” to play against the New York Jets in Week 12, a source told NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport.

Tight end Rob Gronkowski was limited in his return to practice.
