Alex Trebek Has Interesting Way Of Pronouncing Draymond Green’s Name

“Jeopardy!” host Alex Trebek is known for pronouncing — or perhaps over-pronouncing — certain words with a lot of enthusiasm, but he went more overboard than usual Wednesday night.

Draymond Green made an appearance on a $1,600 question in the “Also Found On a Car” category (that’ll make sense in a minute), and Trebek had a very interesting way of saying the Golden State Warriors forward’s first name.

Usually when Trebek goes out of his way to pronounce words dramatically, it’s because they’re not English, but this one is just flat-out wrong. At least we got this clip out of it, though.

Plus, the ending is fitting, too, as none of the contestants even had a guess as to what the answer might be.
