The college football bowl season officially kicks off Saturday with our first Football Bowl Subdivision matchup: the University of Texas at San Antonio against New Mexico in the New Mexico Bowl.
The Lobos are favored in this one, entering at 8-4 and having won five of their last six games. The UTSA Roadrunners are just 6-6 but are making their first bowl appearance in school history since its football program launched in 2011.
