Thursday’s nor’easter — note: Neither “blizzard” nor “Winter Storm Gail” are accurate descriptors — forced transportation crews across the region to do what they do best. And, according to Rhode Island Department of Transportation employee and high school football coach Joe Bucci, the challenges crews face during major snowstorms are parallel to what the Patriots face on gamedays.
