FOXBORO, Mass. — The Patriots did it!
New England will finally achieve some continuity on the offensive line during Sunday’s matchup with the New York Jets, as left tackle Vederian Lowe entered the starting lineup during pregame warmups at Gillette Stadium.
Michael Jordan, Ben Brown, Mike Onwenu and Demontrey Jacobs will hold onto starting spots from last week. Lowe will replace Jacobs at left tackle, Jacobs will replace Onwenu at right tackle and Onwenu will replace Layden Robinson at right guard.
Lowe-Jordan-Brown-Onwenu-Jacobs will be the unit, from left to right, in front of Drake Maye. It marks the same group that started in Week 6 against the Houston Texans.
The New York Jets will test them immediately, with pass-rusher Haason Reddick returning to join all-world defensive tackle Quinnen Williams along their defensive front.
