Patriots running back Rhamondre Stevenson will make his return when New England faces the Jacksonville Jaguars at Wembley Stadium on Sunday morning.
Stevenson missed New England’s Week 6 loss to the Houston Texans and didn’t practice earlier in the week before he made the trip across the pond. Stevenson will join Antonio Gibson, who started in Weeks 5 and 6, in New England’s backfield and serve as a key contributor for Drake Maye’s offense.
The Jaguars, however, will be without running back Travis Etienne, who was questionable with a hamstring injury.
Vederian Lowe, who started at left tackle for the Patriots when healthy, previously was ruled out. Patriots wide receiver Tyquan Thornton, who started in Week 1, is a healthy scratch for the second consecutive week. Defensive end Jeremiah Pharms Jr., who played in each of the first six games, is a healthy scratch for the first time this season.
The following players were questionable on the injury report entering Sunday: wide receiver Javon Baker (illness), linebacker Curtis Jacobs (knee), guard Michael Jordan (ankle), cornerback Jonathan Jones (shoulder), linebacker Sione Takitaki (knee), cornerback Marco Wilson (groin) and Stevenson (foot). Baker and Takitaki are the only two who are inactive.
