The Patriots made a slew of roster moves Saturday.

New England announced it activated defensive tackle Christian Barmore off the reserve/non-football injury list. The Patriots also released wide receiver Tyquan Thornton, and they elevated linebackers Keshawn Banks and Joe Giles-Harris from the practice squad.

Barmore was one of 10 players listed as questionable this week and is likely to play limited snaps. He practiced for the first time Thursday after he sat out for the first half of the season due to blood clots.

Thornton recorded 39 receptions for 385 yards in 28 games through three seasons in New England. He was a popular name before the NFL trade deadline but a move was never made.

Sione Takitaki and Christian Elliss also were listed as questionable, so Banks and Giles-Harris would fill in for them if needed. Banks was signed to the practice squad last month but was never elevated before Saturday. Giles-Harris was elevated for Week 8 against the New York Jets and Week 10 against the Chicago Bears.

The moves were made ahead of the Patriots’ matchup against the Los Angeles Rams. Kickoff for the Week 11 matchup at Gilette Stadium is scheduled at 1 p.m. ET.
