The Boston Fleet and the other five PWHL teams have nicknames, and that only means one other thing.
The PWHL will unveil new team sweaters Thursday. The league offered a tease on social media of the new looks each club will have for the 2024-25 season.
For Boston, there was a minor view of the new Fleet logo and the forest green sweater that likely will be the team’s primary uniform for the season. General manager Danielle Marmer and head coach Courtney Kessel will unveil the new jerseys at View Boston on Thursday in a news conference.
Boston begins training camp Nov. 12 and will travel to Montréal for minicamps that include two preseason games. The Fleet opens the season on Nov. 30 to play the Toronto Sceptres at Coca-Cola Coliseum. They then host the Minnesota Frost for their home opener at Tsongas Center at UMass Lowell on Dec. 4.
