The Boston Bruins signed restricted free agent forward John Farinacci to a one-year, two-way contract, the team announced on Tuesday.

The contract is worth $775,000 through the 2025-26 season.

The 24-year-old spent the majority of the 2024-25 season with AHL Providence and was a big contributor. In 58 regular-season games, he scored 10 goals and 28 assists for 38 points.

In eight Calder Cup Playoff games, the 5-foot-11, 197-pound forward scored one goal.

He made one appearance in the NHL, skating in Boston’s final game of the season on April 15. In his NHL debut, Farinacci scored a goal on his one shot.

The Arizona Coyotes originally drafted Fariancci in the third round of the 2019 NHL Draft. After his rights expired to the Coyotes, the Bruins signed him to a two-year entry-level contract in 2023.

The young forward could push for a roster spot next season after an impressive first NHL game to end the season.
