In a wild development, Dallas Cowboys Pro Bowler Micah Parsons was traded to the Green Bay Packers on Thursday.

In exchange for Parsons, the Cowboys received a 2026 first-round pick, a 2027 first-round pick and Pro Bowl defensive tackle Kenny Clark from Green Bay, per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.

Parsons’ contract disputes with Cowboys owner Jerry Jones have been well-documented in recent weeks, but the fact that Jones chose to not only trade Parsons — but to send him to an NFC rival — is sure to incense Cowboys fans well beyond a boiling point.

For a sports city that lost Luka Dončić less than a year ago to the Los Angeles Lakers, Dallas is hurting big-time with news that another of its teams is on the terrible end of an Earth-shattering blockbuster.
