If you thought the Terry Rozier story couldn’t get any more anxiety-inducing, think again.
As Rozier faces allegations in an FBI-led gambling probe, the Miami Heat guard also faces unpaid taxes to the IRS.
Rozier has an $8,218,211 lien in Florida against him from November 2023, according to ESPN. That’s two years before he allegedly told friends he would leave NBA games early, and they should bet the under on his props.
The NBA placed Rozier on leave after he became one of 34 defendants arrested last week.
