Chuck Martin has led the program to three consecutive conference championship game appearances, and will try to push his bowl game record in the right direction in his fifth consecutive postseason appearance.

The RedHawks do what you’d expect out of a team that dominates the MAC, as they run the ball effectively (152.6 rushing yards per game) and play solid defense (22.0 points allowed per game) —though they’re expected to be without quarterback Dequan Finn, wide receiver Kam Perry, defensive lineman Adam Trick, cornerback Mychal Yharbrough and offensive linemanDrew Terrill.

Fresno State Bulldogs
Conference: Mountain West

Record: 8-4

Fresno State plays a similar game to that of their upcoming opponent, as they also run the ball effectively (169.9 rushing yards per game) and play solid defense (20.1 points allowed per game).

Matt Entz has not only kept the program’s recent string of success alive, but he has also kept almost all of his players in house and expects them all to play in this game.

The Bulldogs boast wins over Hawaii, Boise State and Wyoming this season, and will look to add another impressive win to the resume.
