The Boston Celtics destroyed the LA Clippers on the road on Saturday night by a final score of 146-115. The Celtics scored 42 points in two separate quarters (the first and third), and Jaylen Brown tied a career high with 50 points.

Brown was 18-of-26 from the field, including 6-of-10 from 3. He also added five assists and three rebounds. JB is now averaging 30.1 points, 6.3 rebounds and 5.0 assists on 51.0 percent shooting in 32 games this season. It’s getting extremely difficult for anyone to not call him an MVP candidate at this point.

The Celtics are 22-12. They’ve won three in a row, seven of eight, and 12 of their last 15.

Derrick White also had a big night. He dropped 29 points on 10-of-20 from the field to go along with seven assists, four rebounds, and two blocks.
