Boston Celtics guard Jaylen Brown is likely to make his fifth All-Star Game this season, but based on the latest fan voting results, “JB” may be coming off the bench in the contest yet again.
Despite a historic, MVP-caliber first half, Brown is in sixth place on the Eastern Conference leaderboard in the second batch of NBA All-Star Game fan voting results, which were released on Tuesday.
Brown was also in sixth place last week in the first slate of results and remains the only Celtics representative among the top 20 players in the East.
“The final EAST returns for NBA All-Star 2026! Which name stands out to you? 🤔 NBA All-Star Voting closes in one week, shape the game in L.A. today!” the NBA’s official account posted on Bluesky.
The conference leaderboard remains largely unchanged from the first round of results.

Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo is still the Eastern Conference’s top vote getter, while New York Knicks guard Jalen Brunson, Philadelphia 76ers guard Tyrese Maxey, Detroit Pistons guard Cade Cunningham and Cleveland Cavaliers guard Donovan Mitchell, again, make up the rest of the projected starting five.
Tuesday’s news comes on the heels of Brunson surprisingly winning the Eastern Conference Player of the Month award for December over Brown.
