The New England Patriots will have some accounting to do following Sunday’s regular season finale with the Miami Dolphins.
Stefon Diggs is eight receptions and/or 30 receiving yards away from cashing in on a $500,000 incentive in his contract, which dictates that he’ll earn that amount for reaching 70, 80, 90 and 100 total receptions, as well as 1,000, 1,100, 1,200 and 1,300 total receiving yards during the regular season, according to Spotrac. Diggs is currently sitting at 82 receptions for 970 yards in 2025.
Hunter Henry is also looking to earn some dough, as his contract dictates that he’ll earn $250,000 for reaching 50, 55, 60 and 65 receptions on the season. The Patriots captain is currently sitting at 55 receptions on the season.
Morgan Moses can make an extra $1.5 million for reaching the 90% playtime threshold on the regular season, which he essentially already has locked into place by entering the game sitting at 96%.
The Patriots are expected to play their starters on Sunday, which will be the final game before they find out their first opponent — with five different outcomes still on the table entering their matchup that is scheduled to begin at 4:25 p.m. ET.
