According to ESPN’s NFL insider Adam Schefter, Seattle Seahawks running back Zach Charbonnet has torn his ACL and will miss the remainder of the playoffs.
Charbonnet played in 16 games for Seattle this season, delivering his best year yet with 184 carries for 730 yards (4.0 average) and a career-high 12 rushing touchdowns. His receiving contributions included 20 catches for 144 yards.
Standout performances for Charbonnet came in Week 17 against Carolina, where he rushed for 110 yards and two touchdowns, and Week 18 at San Francisco with 74 yards and one score.
The Seahawks finished 14-3, earning a first-round bye. In the NFC Divisional Round on January 17, Charbonnet tallied five carries for 20 yards before suffering the knee injury.
