The Denver Broncos have a new offensive coordinator, according to NFL insider Jordan Schultz. Denver is promoting quarterbacks coach Davis Webb to OC.
Webb was sought after by other teams in a coordinator and head coach capacity, but he’ll be back with Bo Nix and the Broncos in 2026.
Webb has experienced a rapid ascent in his coaching career since transitioning from his NFL playing days. After retiring as a backup quarterback following the 2022 season, with stints including the New York Giants (where he was a third-round pick in 2017), New York Jets, and Buffalo Bills, Webb joined the Broncos in February 2023 as quarterbacks coach under head coach Sean Payton. This marked his immediate shift into coaching, leveraging his recent on-field experience with quarterbacks like Josh Allen, Eli Manning, and Russell Wilson.
Webb spent his first two seasons (2023-2024) focused on quarterback development in Denver. Ahead of the 2025 campaign, he earned a promotion to offensive pass game coordinator while retaining his quarterbacks coach duties.

In that role, he contributed to the Broncos’ offensive efforts, including work with Nix during a season that saw Denver achieve strong divisional standing and offensive output.
