The New England Patriots seem to be pretty sick of answering one question in particular…

“How is the QB?”

Drake Maye, who suffered a shoulder injury during his club’s victory over the Denver Broncos in the AFC Championship, was listed as a limited participant on multiple injury reports last week but all signs point to him being ready for Super Bowl LX — with the man himself providing a positive update during Super Bowl Opening Night on Monday.

Mike Vrabel heard that update, which is why he seemed quite perturbed when once again asked about the status of his sophomore signal caller during his media availability on Tuesday.

“I think that he spoke for himself on how he feels. I can’t determine how he feels,” Vrabel said. “I know that practice yesterday was good for him and for everybody.”

Maye has been spotted throwing the football and operating normally, so all signs point to him being prepared for the Super Bowl.

The Patriots are certainly thrilled with the quarterback’s progression as they begin to prepare for the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday — with kickoff for the big game at Levi’s Stadium scheduled for 6:30 p.m. ET.
