Charlie Moore has hosted legends of every area of Boston sports during his years hosting his fishing program on NESN.

Does he have a favorite guest to join him on "Charlie Moore Outdoors" over the years?

He chose a Boston Red Sox icon while appearing on NESN's "Unobstructed Views" alternate broadcast on Tuesday night with Jared Carrabis and Katie Nolan.

"I would say the best one of all was Tim Wakefield," Moore shared. "Wake was the best. Wake was my great friend. Amazing person. Amazing family. Loved to fish. Loved the outdoors. Just a great overall Boston Red Sox. ... Tim could fish, man. He was competitive. They're all competitive. Tim could fish. Tim was a really good fisherman."
