Simone Biles, one of the most decorated female gymnasts of all time, has been awarded ‘Sports Illustrated’s’ 2024 Sportsperson of the Year for her incredible comeback in the 2024 Paris Olympics, as well as her advocacy for more focus on mental health in sports.

Biles can add yet another accolade to her name, becoming the first Olympic athlete to earn the title since LeBron James was crowned back in 2012.
