The Boston Bruins made a pair of roster moves on Tuesday.

“The #NHLBruins have claimed defenseman Vladislav Kolyachonok off waivers from the Dallas Stars and placed Jonathan Aspirot on injured reserve,” the Bruins official account posted on X. “Welcome to Boston, Vladislav!”

Rookie defenseman Jonathan Aspirot has played in 19 of the Bruins’ first 33 games, recording his first career point on a goal during the team’s 5-4 loss against the Detroit Red Wings on Dec. 2.

Aspirot suffered an upper body injury during Boston’s 6-3 win vs. the Winnipeg Jets on Thursday and missed Sunday’s loss against the Minnesota Wild.

Defenseman Vladislav Kolyachonok was selected by the Florida Panthers in the second round of the 2019 NHL Entry Draft and was traded to the Arizona Coyotes in July 2021 before making his professional debut.

Kolyachonok has appeared in 85 NHL games across four-plus seasons with four teams, collecting 17 points on five goals and 12 assists.
