The New NESN 360 is Here!
This week, we launched an improved NESN 360 app based on your feedback and designed to give you a better experience. We are still currently in the process of service migration and apologize for any inconvenience that may cause during this time.
To continue enjoying all your favorite games and content, you’ll need to take action this week:
What You’ll Need to Do
1. Update to the new app on your device(s)
2. Enter your email (same one you use currently) in the new app
3. Get the login code from your email and enter it in the app to complete login
4. Re-authenticate with your TV provider login (if you currently access NESN 360 through your TV provider)
We’ve simplified the login process to make accessing your content faster and more secure. Make sure to use the same email you currently use for accessing NESN 360.

What if I forgot which email I used to sign up?

Try the email addresses you use most often – the system will let you know if it recognizes your account. If you’re still having trouble, contact our support team and we’ll help you locate your account information. You can also visit your account settings now to confirm which email address is registered.
Will I lose my account/preferences?

No, your account and preferences will be preserved! These will carry over seamlessly when you log in with the same email address you currently use for NESN 360.
What if my email doesn’t work when I try to log in?

Double-check that you’re entering the email exactly as you registered it, including any periods or numbers. If you’re still having trouble, try your other commonly used email addresses, or contact our support team for assistance.
How do I sign back in?

Once you have the new app, simply enter your existing account email and use the passcode or link sent to your email to sign in and verify your account. If you’re a cable TV provider user, you’ll need to reauthenticate with your TV provider credentials.
App Updates & Compatibility
What if the app won’t update on my device?

Most devices should update automatically after we launch the new app. If your device doesn’t update automatically, make sure you have enough storage space and are connected to WiFi. Then go to your device’s app store, search for “NESN 360,” and tap “Update.” If you’re still having trouble, try restarting your device and attempting the update again.
My device says the app isn’t compatible – what do I do?

What if I’m having trouble downloading the new app?

Check that you have a stable internet connection and sufficient storage space on your device. Try restarting your device and attempting the download again. If issues persist, our support team is here to help troubleshoot.

The new NESN 360 app supports iOS, Android, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Roku, Google TV, and web browsers. We’re also working on adding support for more devices. If you have questions about a specific device model, feel free to contact our support team.
What if I can’t find the app in the app store?

Content and Service
Will I still have access to all the same games and content?

Absolutely! You’ll continue to have access to all your favorite content including Red Sox games, Bruins games, NESN originals, college sports, and all other NESN 360 programming.
What new features are included?

The new app offers instant access to live games as soon as you open it, a simplified password-free login system, improved content discovery to help you find shows and games you’ll love, and expanded Smart TV support coming soon.
4K streaming quality will continue to be available for compatible devices and in the new app, can be found under the Related Videos section during home games.
On iPhone picture-in-picture, the app will now save your place if you lock your phone, ensuring you don’t miss any action and can pick up where you left off.
What if I’m traveling during the launch?

If you normally watch NESN 360 in the New England market, you can still use your travel rights during the app transition. Your 30-day travel balance will be carried over to the new app.
Timing
What if I miss the app transition date?

You can still update after we launch the new app! However, you won’t be able to watch any NESN 360 content until you complete the update, so we recommend updating as soon as possible to avoid missing any games.
How long do I have to update?

There’s no hard cutoff date for updating, but the old app will stop working when we launch the new version. You’ll need to update to the new app to continue enjoying NESN 360 content.
What happens if I don’t update right away?

You won’t be able to access any NESN 360 content – including live games – until you update to the new app and complete the simple login process.
Can I still watch games on the old app?

No, the current NESN 360 app will stop working when we launch the improved version. You’ll need to update to continue watching games and content.
