It was a weirder fantasy season than normal compared to recent years, as inconsistency, injuries and disappointing play impacted many star players. Just about every week, it seemed as if a fantasy stud was lost for a lengthy amount of time or the entire season because of an injury.
In many cases, winning your league came down to drafting the right rookies — Todd Gurley over Melvin Gordon and Amari Cooper over Nelson Agholor, for example — and finding the hidden gems, such as Devonta Freeman and Gary Barnidge. Having any member of the 2015 NESN.com Fantasy Football All-Star Team didn’t hurt, either.
