Terrell Owens Committed to Being a Bill The Buffalo Bills decided to not let Terrell Owens talk with the New York media on Wednesday leading up to the AFC East divisional game on Sunday against the Jets. But that didn't stop the Buffalo media from getting a chance to talk with the wide receiver.

With the league's Oct. 20th trade deadline looming, rumors have begun to swirl about the possibility of Owens being shipped out of Buffalo.

"No, not at all," Owens told the Buffalo media. "Whether it happens or not, I don’t know. I’m committed
right here until it does happen. I’m not saying that it will, but other
than that I’m committed."

And not only is T.O. not worried about the deadline, but apparently he doesn't need to be traded either.

"I just said, I’m committed. I’m committed right here."

The game against the Jets will be the Bills' last game before the trade deadline, and the last chance for Owens to increase his dwindling stock for possible suitors. The problem is he will be trying to play his best against Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis.

"Its always competitive, no matter who I’m facing," Owens said. "I’m always looking forward to the challenge. We know why we’re 1-4, and my thing is not to worry about one individual. Given an opportunity if I can exploit that matchup, then we’ll do that. There’s not anybody on any team that I feel like can shut me down. I think if you look at the film, it’s always double coverage. They may try some spy and safety over the top. You see a lot of linebackers buzzing underneath. So I know why I’m not getting a lot of touches. It’s not just one individual shutting me down."

Owens has just 12 receptions and one touchdown in five games this season, and the Bills are only 1-4, currently enduring a three-game losing streak. So while a trade involving Owens might not be definite, it certainly remains a possiblity at this point.
