Andy Wozniewski Recalled From Providence; Dennis Wideman Questionable The Boston Bruins have recalled defenseman Andy Wozniewski from Providence, as Dennis Wideman is questionable with a possible lower-body injury, NESN.com's James Murphy reports.

The Providence Journal is also reporting that Wozniewski has been called up.

Wozniewski is slated to be a part of the AHL's All-Star festivities at the beginning of next week, but the B's could need him if Wideman isn't ready on Monday afternoon.

Wideman spent more than 23 minutes on the ice on Wednesday night, second only to Zdeno Chara. He left the ice with what looked to be a lower-body injury in the first period, but returned later in the game. Wideman was a plus-1 with four shots on net. He was whistled for a delay of game penalty in the second period for flipping a puck over the boards in the Bruins' defensive zone.

Wozniewski has played in two games this season, averaging nine minutes of ice time and registering just one shot. The 6-foot-5, 225-pound 29-year-old has seen NHL playing time with the Maple Leafs and Blues.
